Insurance

I am currently in-network with the following insurance providers: 

Ask if you are unsure about your insurance coverage or acceptance.

For out-of-network insurance plans, I can provide a detailed "Superbill" upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Private Pay & Accepted Payment Methods

For clients opting for self-pay or covering co-pays and deductibles, I accept the following forms of payment:

• Major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

• Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Please note that all co-pays, deductibles, or self-pay fees are due in full at the time of service.
